I could not have picked better lawyers...
Thanks for everything and the outcome I wanted!

"I wanted to personally thank you for helping me through this rough time in my life. Thank you for all that you did and all the hard work. I could not have picked better lawyers. You were on point with everything and moved quickly with every step of the process. It was nice and comforting knowing I had lawyers representing me where I was a name and not a number. You have an excellent firm and I will without a doubt recommend you to anyone that asks. I truly appreciate it all. Thanks for everything and the outcome I wanted!" - J.T.

Post Divorce Modifications

As time passes between the final decree of alimony, child support, or child custody, circumstances often change. In the case of alimony, one spouse may find that there is a change in financial circumstances so that it is appropriate to modify the alimony amount.

In the case of child support, if one or both parties experience a significant increase or decrease in income which results in a child support number that is at least 15% (or at least $50.00) more or less than the original child support amount, then the court may modify the amount of child support upon the filing of the appropriate request by either party.

In the case of child custody, if there has been a substantial change in circumstances after the entry of the original custody order and a change in custody would be in the best interests of the children, the courts may modify custody and visitation arrangements.
