Nicole Denmon is a founding partner of Denmon & Denmon Trial Lawyers. She focuses her practice on representing those accused of serious crimes. A former State Attorney, Nicole is adept at identifying the weaknesses in the prosecutor’s case, and uses that knowledge to the benefit of her clients.
Education
Nicole grew up in the Pasco County community. After graduating from River Ridge High School in New Port Richey, Florida, she attended St. Leo University. While at St. Leo she majored in criminology, and had the honor and privilege of interning with the United States Secret Service.
Upon graduation, Nicole attended Stetson University College of Law in Pinellas County, where she studied with a concentration on criminal law and trial advocacy. While at Stetson she interned with the State Attorney’s office for the 6th Judicial Circuit, for Pinellas and Pasco Counties.
Experience
After law school, Nicole accepted employment as an Assistant State Attorney for the 6th Judicial Circuit, Pinellas County. During her three years as an Assistant State Attorney, she investigated and prosecuted serious crimes, including murder, sexual battery, arson, and other crimes punishable by life in prison. She served as a Lead Trial Attorney of a misdemeanor division assigned to handle Battery, Assault, Theft, DUI, and other traffic related offense offenses. At the time of her departure from the State Attorney’s office, Nicole was a lead investigating attorney for domestic violence crimes in St. Petersburg, Pinellas County.
Nicole is experienced and qualified in the courtroom, having tried more than 45 jury trials and 20 non-jury trials in the last four years.
Nicole resides in Trinity, Florida with her husband and daughter.
