Christian devotes his practice to Courtroom litigation. He limits his practice to domestic litigation matters, and DUI and Serious Criminal Defense.
Education
Christian went to the University of Florida (Go Gators) for undergrad before attended Law School at the University of Arkansas School of Law. While attending law school Christian interned for Federal Judge Richard Taylor of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern and Western District of Arkansas. There Christian had the opportunity to observe and learn Courtroom Litigation from the Judge’s viewpoint.
Experience
Following law school, Christian practiced DUI law in the public sector. Working for the 6th Judicial Circuit in Pinellas and Pasco Counties, he literally handled thousands of criminal cases. He has exhonerated successfully clients accused of Robbery, Aggravtated Battery, Grand Theft, Drug Trafficking, and Felony and Misdemeanor DUI Charges. Christian has tried nearly 50 cases by Jury and countless other non-Jury trials in the last 5 years.
Christian is experienced in the courtroom, having tried nearly fifty cases in front of a Jury in the last five years. He has exonerated his accused clients at trial of criminal charges ranging from DUI to Drug Trafficking. He is also experienced in resolving cases outside of the courtroom, having negotiated scores of dismissals and reductions of charges with the State.
Christian was raised in the Tampa Bay Area. He currently resides with his wife and daughter in Trinity, Florida, a Tampa suburb.
